Repositioning DodoForm as an AI data pipeline

DodoForm started life as a humble form builder. Useful, but crowded — the world does not need another form tool. What people actually struggle with is everything that happens after the data arrives.

So we reframed the whole product around one idea: a single unified schema that every input flows into. Whether data comes from a form, an AI extractor, or the API, it lands in the same clean, queryable shape.

That repositioning changed our roadmap overnight. We stopped competing on form fields and started competing on what teams can do with structured data the moment it is captured.
